SOUND INSULATION MATERIALS

Many companies sell sound insulation products but how can you be sure that they sell the right and efficient product for your noise problems. You must prefer companies that sell certificated sound insulation products. Products that are not certified may not meet your requirements and you may end up disappointed. According to researches in many workplaces without sound insulation problems start to occur such as a decrease of focus and performance in employees and this will cause customer loss. Heraklith is one of our sound insulation materials. The material of Heraklith® wood chipboards is obtained by blending wood chips, rock wool, glass wool lamination, cement mortar, homogeneous mixtures, and then drying them in the oven and sunlight. Heraklith acoustic panels, produced from highly natural materials, are used to regulate acoustics as well as sound and heat insulation. The wood material is obtained by mixing chipboards with cementitious components. It can also be called acoustic panel coating material, which is laminated with different acoustic sound insulation products. The heraklith material used between the sound insulation material is made of poplar wood. Wood wools and cement are mixed, poured into molds, and pressed. The heraklith material, which provides a high level of sound insulation, is combined with wood shavings, rock wool, cement, or polystyrene foam, and the desired efficiency in insulation is provided. Acoustic wool plates are prepared in accordance with the project so that a gap is left between the wall and the plate and a 40x40x2mm metal profile carcass is applied to the museum. Stone wool plates with a density of 50-80 kg / m3 and 3 cm thickness covered with glass fiber will be mounted on the back of the plates.
