Acoustic Panel Coating: Fabric covered acoustic panels, acoustic fabric-covered sound-absorbing acoustic panels, the inner surface of sound absorption, absorbent glass wool and rock wool, known as sound insulation panels or by using fireproof acoustic sponges and sound-absorbing acoustic materials. The acoustic fabric-covered panel is covered with an acoustic sound absorbing fabric and optional non-flammability finished laminated fabric, and it is possible to produce in special dimensions as well as standard sizes.

Acoustic Fabric Covered Panel :

Fabric covered acoustic panels are produced by using sound-absorbent acoustic materials such as glass wool and rock wool or fireproof acoustic sponges. Frontside of the panel is covered with sound-absorbent fabric applied with a stretch method or optional fireproof laminated fabric finish. As seen in the image on the left, panels are durable against impacts with reinforced wood. Our products are resistant to impacts and will not be punctured unless abraded by point and sharp materials. The front and backside of the acoustic fabric panels are covered with fiberglass. The visible front side of the panel is reinforced and high-density material and covered with acoustic fabric that is resistant to impacts and heat and has different color options. Our acoustic fabric-covered panels (covered with fireproof fabric) are beveled up to 3-5cm to the backside. The main material of the panels is acoustic rock wool in 95kg/m3 density. Acoustic fabric-covered panels are generally in standard sizes and thicknesses. Panel thickness: 20mm-40mm. Edge detail: Straight and reinforced. It is possible to produce in different sizes and colors (Project-based). NRC acoustic value (sound absorption value): between 0.95-1.00. Fire endurance of the acoustic fabric-covered panels is B s2 d0 class according to UNE – EN 13501-1:2007 standard. İstanbul sales office of the acoustic panels is Turkish Acoustic.

Tolerances: 30 mm thickness is between 25 – 30 mm, 40 mm thickness is between 35 – 40 mm, 50 mm is between 45 – 50 mm.

Solo Product Description: The visible surface of the high-density slab covered with fiberglass and fireproof sponge and its reinforced edges are covered with impact-resistant fabric with different color options. Edges are twisted 3-5cm to the backside.

VOCAL PANEL PRODUCT DETAILS

Vocal Product Description: The visible surface of the high-density slab covered with fiberglass and the fireproof sponge is covered with impact-resistant fabric with different color options. Vocal, which is assembled with visible carrier profiles, has open edges.

VELUM PANEL PRODUCT DETAIL

Velum Panel Description: The front and backside of the high-density slab covered with fiberglass and fireproof sponge and its vertical slotted edges are covered with impact-resistant fabric with different color options.

Main Material: Acoustic fiberglass slab & fireproof sponge in 95 kg/m³ density

Dimensions: 600 × 600 mm, 600 × 1200 mm, 600 × 1800 mm, 600 × 2400 mm, 600 × 2700 mm, 600 × 3000 mm, Thickness: 40 mm Edge Detail: Slotted and reinforced Akustik NRC Value: between 0.95-1.00 Fire Endurance: B s2 d0 class according to UNE-EN 13501-1:2007 standard Type of Mounting: Vertical profile inside canal suitable for the hidden system is processed to floor and wall with the help of leveling line and plumb scales. The wall is leveled with its horizontal profiles to eliminate scale and plaster defects. Two horizontal profiles are sufficient along with the wall height.
