Fireproof Egg Sponge: It is a high-performance acoustic foam that has perfect sound absorption values and provides high resistance against fire. This product, with its amazing sound absorption performance, is not exposed to any kind of abrasion, even in high air velocity. The air does not expand as particles inside the product. The acoustic performance is increased by changing the surface form into the egg, pyramid, and labyrinth shapes. These products are used in all noisy environments such as the generator, compressor rooms, industrial machine rooms, and aeroducts for acoustic regulation purposes. They are also used in the automotive and white goods sector for the insulation of engine sounds.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms. They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.
Acoustic egg sponges are in 100 cm x 100 cm as plates. One package contains 10 plates (10m²). Sold in 30mm and 40mm standard thicknesses. Custom thickness and sizes are available upon request. Contact our technical office for details.
