Barrier Acoustic Sponge: Barrier fireproof sponges are obtained by using heavy rubber EPDM based sound barrier or lead plate to increase the loss of sound between two fireproof sound insulation sponges. We produce acoustic material that will meet your needs by laminating barrier sponges with other products that provide highly effective sound insulation. We produce our barrier sponges by laminating them with aluminum film & foil coated fireproof acoustic sponges. Our laminated products are laminated by covering the product with the desired PVC film (PU) or aluminum foil, this process prevents oil and water absorption. Coated sponges are products designed for the engine room, marine & yacht engine cabin in general. Pu coated-acoustic sponges, which are produced by our company in accordance with international standards and provide acoustic sound insulation solutions in areas where fireproofing is important, are non-combustible sponge foam products.

Barrier Acoustic Foam Production: Production of  special thickness 50 mm and above is possible. Custom cut to size is possible.

Note: 30 mm product is between 25 - 30 mm, 40 mm is intolerable thicknesses between 35 - 40 mm.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms.  They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.

Barrier acoustic sponges are in 100 cm x 100 cm plates, and their packages contain 10 plates, ie 10 m² of products. It is sold retail and wholesale as 30 mm and 40 mm as standard, it can be produced in different thicknesses and sizes as special production if you wish. Please contact our technical office for detailed information.
