Colored Egg Sponge: Decorative colored egg sponges are fireproof effort firex sponges with their open-cell polyurethane structure. Colored acoustic egg sponges are effective sound isolation products used in sound insulation and acoustic regulation. Colored egg sponges are produced from basotect melamine foams. Colored egg sponges are made by covering the acoustic egg sponge with acoustic velvet fabric. Dimensions are 1000 mm x 1000 mm. Colored egg sponges are used in many sound insulation and regulation applications and they are used for visual design. The acoustic sponge is made by covering the product with flock coating. You can choose any color from our flock colors.

Tolerances: 30 mm product is between 25 - 30 mm and 40 mm product is between 35 - 40 mm.

Our products have flameproof and nonflammability certificates and nonflammable/flameproof Firex; in nonflammability BS476: class 0 and Unı 9175:2008 M1 documents in European norms.  They are anti-bacterial thanks to their dead cell structure and do not produce any mycose and bacteria.

Egg viol sponges are in 100 cm x 100 cm size as plates. One package contains 10 pieces (10m²). Sold in 30 and 40 mm standard thicknesses by retail and wholesale. Custom cut and thickness are available upon request. Contact our technical office for details.
