Barrier Egg Sponge: Barrier acoustic sponge is a sponge type which has a flat fireproof acoustic sponge on its lower surface, acoustic labyrinth, pyramid, or egg sponge on its surface, and EPDM heavy rubber barrier between the sponges. Acoustic sponges cannot eliminate loud sounds by themselves effectively and with high performance.

Barrier egg sponges, with their high sound absorption property, are used for regulating acoustics. Acoustic fireproof egg sponges are non-flammable and resistant to high temperatures.
