Acoustic Panels

ACOUSTIC PANEL

Acoustic panels are sound insulation and decorative products that can be used on the walls and ceilings. They have different variations such as fabric coated wall panels, acoustic screens, cloth screen panels, etc. These panels provide acoustics and a decorative look to your environment.

Fabric covered acoustic panels are produced by using sound-absorbent acoustic materials such as glass wool and rock wool or fireproof acoustic sponges. Frontside of the panel is covered with sound-absorbent fabric applied with a stretch method or optional fireproof laminated fabric finish. Panels are resistant to impacts and will not be punctured unless abraded by point and sharp materials. The front and backside of the acoustic fabric panels are covered with fiberglass. The visible front side of the panel is reinforced and high-density material and covered with acoustic fabric that is resistant to impacts and heat and has different color options. Our acoustic fabric-covered panels (covered with fireproof fabric) are beveled up to 3-5cm to the backside. The main material of the panels is acoustic rock wool in 95kg/m3 density. Acoustic fabric-covered panels are generally in standard sizes and thicknesses.

Acoustic wall panels are covered with acoustic fabric and have high sound absorption features. Acoustic wall panels have standard dimensions but they are also available in custom sizes, thicknesses, and colors. They have two different edge types; straight and beveled. Panels are usually used in conference rooms, seminar halls, meeting rooms, cinemas, auditoriums, and studios. Fabric covered panels can be produced in different geometrical shapes and in different thicknesses. Rock wool, which has 95 kg / m³ density or 30 – 60 DNS acoustic sponge is applied inside the panel.

Acoustic table separators, which are used in offices as a separator between desks, provide healthy communication by preventing noise and echo in the environment. The purpose of the table separators is to ensure that speech sounds do not disturb the people. NRC acoustic value (sound absorption value) of the table separators is in the range of 0.95-1.00. Separators have class B s2 d0 nonflammability according to UNE - EN 13501-1: 2007 standard. The standard thickness of the separators is 30mm and their standard dimensions are 40 cm x 160 cm in a rectangular shape. However, it is possible to produce in different dimensions such as 60 × 60 cm, 60 × 120 cm, 60 × 180 cm. It is easy to assemble separators by screwing them from the bottom of the table supported by a concealed connection. Separators are also produced like acoustic wall panels by applying high-density rock wool or acoustic sponge inside a frame and then coating the frame with acoustic fabric.

Acoustic screens are acoustic panels, which have high sound absorption features, are used as a separator. They provide acoustic regulation and prevent noises and echoes in your environments. They also offer multi-purpose usage with their decorative look. Acoustic screens are covered with acoustic fabric like wall panels. The standard dimension of the acoustic screens is 60 x 190 cm and standard thicknesses are 30 and 60 mm. Fixed and portable (wheeled) versions are available.

Oval wall panels are acoustic products that can be used on both walls and ceilings. They provide acoustic regulation and a decorative look. Panels are mounted on ceilings and walls with stainless steel accessories, cables, and anchorage materials. They are used to regulate the intense noise in environments such as offices, workplaces, shopping centers, gymnasiums, and call centers, etc. NRC acoustic value (sound absorption value) of the oval wall panels is 0.95-1.00. Standard thicknesses are 20, 40, and 50mm. High-density rock wool or acoustic sponge which has a b1 nonflammability is applied inside the panel.

Cloth screen panels are one of our other acoustic panels that can be adjustable according to your preference. They are acoustic panels that look like a brick wall. Thanks to its reconfigurable structure the user can adjust the size and shape of the panel to create different levels of acoustic privacy. The panels are modular acoustic pods that can be arranged in many useful configurations to reduce the noise. The pods are slid into the spikes to create an acoustic brick wall. The standard thickness of cloth screen panels is between 20 and 40mm depending on the model. Different standard sizes are 60 cm × 60 cm - 60 cm x 120 cm - 50 cm x 50 cm - 50 cm x 100 cm - 50 cm x 200 cm. Custom sizes are available. Cloth screen panels are used in conference rooms, seminar halls, meeting rooms, movie theaters, auditoriums, and studios.

Baffle acoustic ceiling is an acoustic product that is used on the ceilings as its name suggests. Baffle acoustic ceiling provides acoustic regulation and a decorative look. The edges of the baffle acoustic ceiling are smooth and reinforced. NRC acoustic value (sound absorption value) is 0.95-1.00. Like our other acoustic panels, baffle ceilings are made from non-flammable materials. Baffle acoustic ceiling is in a rectangular shape with dimensions such as 40 x 120 cm, 60 x 180 cm, etc. The standard thicknesses of baffle acoustic ceilings are 20, 40, and 50mm depending on the model. Baffle ceilings are suitable for use in conference and seminar halls, shopping malls, gymnasiums, auditoriums, and meeting rooms, etc. High-density rock wool or acoustic sponge is applied inside the baffle acoustic ceilings and then panels are covered with acoustic fabric. Acoustic fabrics have many variations and colors that you can choose from. Our acoustic panels can be coated with any of the acoustic fabrics.

Acoustic canopy panels are suspended ceiling systems. They are used to regulate the sound and prevent echoes in the environments. Canopy panels are attached to the ceiling with stainless steel accessories, cables, and anchorage materials. They provide acoustic regulation as well as a decorative look for your environment. The standard thicknesses of acoustic canopy panels are 20, 40, and 50mm. Panels are produced in 50 x 150 cm standard dimensions as a rectangular. Canopy panels contain high-density rock wool or acoustic sponge and coated with acoustic fabric.
